At Because Of Alice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your return shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
